I cannot seem to get vapor out of my device when the set temperature is reached, why?

It's most likely that your mouthpiece needs to be cleaned.  If you look at the bottom of your mouthpiece, you'll see a metal piece, the filter section, might have been clogged.  Clean your mouthpiece.

When you vape, make sure the ground materials are not tightly packed. The Linx Eden is a 100% convection vaporizer. Proper packing allows hot air flow through your chamber to heat the materials evenly and thoroughly.  Also make sure your fingers don't cover the air holes on the metal casing (the three vertical holes).

How do I clean my mouthpiece?

Detach the filter section from the mouthpiece. Disassemble and soak the filter section in Isopropyl alcohol for two hours to clean it.  Using a Q-tip soaked with Isopropyl alcohol, gently rub the inside and outside of the glass tube as well as the metal base until clean.

How do I clean other parts of the device?

For best result, please clean the mouthpiece filter after two or three bowls. Routine maintenance extends the lifespan of your device.

What accessories are compatible with the Linx Eden?

The Linx Eden is compatible with the following accessories:
Eden lava plates, Eden water pipe adaptor, Eden silicone sleeve, Eden USB-C charging cable, and the Gaia loading funnel.

The Eden is NOT COMPATIBLE with the following accessories:
The Linx glass mouthpiece section, Gaia lava plates, Gaia water pipe adaptor (MALE and FEMALE), Gaia glass mouthpiece, Gaia mouthpiece filter, Gaia filter screens, Gaia USB charger.

My device gets a bit Warm. Is this normal and What should I do?

We uphold a strong value of providing a vapor path free of toxins, and The Linx Eden is no exception with it's medical grade stainless steel body and no synthetic materials used for insulation. Due to this health conscious design, the steel body may become warm with normal use. We have provided a customized silicone sleeve to be used on the outside of the device offering heat protection while at the same time leaving the Eden’s vapor path untouched.

Can I use my Eden with extracts/concentrates?

Yes. The provided Lava Plates can be used simultaneously with dry flower in the Eden’s atomizer.

Why does my Eden flash all four colors and then extinguish them when attempting to charge the device? Additionally, why doesn't it charge or turn on?

Your device may be experiencing an overdrained battery. Please ensure to keep your device charged for more than 8 hours and the battery should be reactivated and get charged. If the issue persists after doing so, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by submitting a ticket and we will initiate the warranty process for you.

What is the warranty for the Eden?

Eden is covered by one year limited warranty. If you have warranty questions or need support, please contact us by submitting a ticket, select "Warranty". Make sure to include your order number (LNXVPR followed by numbers), product and a detailed description of the issues so we can start the warranty service.
